In a world full of anonymous, impersonal charity, we built something different: a platform where every donor can see the face behind the cause, every beneficiary can tell their own story, and every dollar is traced from your heart to theirs.

Ten years in, we've distributed over $28 million to more than 3,800 campaigns — touching 186,000 lives across 48 countries. But we're just getting started.

2016

Founded in a garage

Three friends launched GreeHouse Foundation with one mission: prove that small donations, from many hands, can change lives.

2018

Our first million

Crossed $1 million in donations after funding a historic rebuild of a flooded elementary school in North Carolina.

2020

Global expansion

Expanded to support causes across 20 countries during the pandemic, processing over $8 million in emergency relief.

2022

Trust & Safety team launched

Built a dedicated 24/7 team to verify every campaign and protect every donor. Launched the Donor Protection Guarantee.

2024

GreeHouse Prize introduced

Started rewarding our community with a semi-annual $15,000 prize. The winners? The most active donors and campaigners.

2026

186K lives impacted, and counting
